Pet Cremation Pricing

Our pet cremation pricing is transparent and easy to understand. Here are all the details so you know what to expect:

Pet Cremation Fee

Our pet cremation is $490. This includes:

  • Pickup (from home or vet)
  • Private individual cremation
  • Cremation certificate
  • Return of ashes in a scatter tube.

Urns & Keepsakes

During the ordering process you can choose an urn and a range of personalised keepsakes for an additional fee. These will be delivered to you along with your pet's ashes.

You can browse the full range in our shop, however, ensure you order any urns and keepsakes during the cremation ordering process (not through our shop).

Weight Surcharge

For pets over 50kg, a 20% surcharge applies to the total package price.

After Hours Collection

Collection outside of standard business hours require additional coordination and staffing:

Outside business hours: +$150
Weekends & Public Holidays: +$250

How much does pet cremation cost in Sydney?

Packages start from $490. The cost depends on the package that you choose. Please see our packages for specific pricing and inclusions.

Do you offer cremation for all pets?

We offer cremation for all domestic pets, such as dogs, cats, rabbits, birds, reptiles, and more. We accept pets up to 100kg.

How soon will I get my pet’s ashes back?

Your pet's ashes will be returned back to you within 5 business days. You’ll receive a notification before delivery.

Can I scatter my pet’s ashes?

By default we will seal your pet's urn. If you wish to scatter your pet's ashes please let us know. We can provide unsealed urns on request or provide ashes in a scatter tube.

If you have booked the Private Farewell package, you will receive a scatter tube instead of an urn.

If you have booked the Companions Rest package, you will not receive the ashes back and our team will scatter the ashes on your behalf in a beautiful park setting.

Are your cremation services private?

Always. We guarantee individual private pet cremation. The only exception is if you book the Companion's Rest package, which is a communal cremation.

Who is Buddy?

Buddy are the service providers of your pet's cremation. Upon booking you will receive a notification from them. However you may contact our team at any time throughout the process.

Are there any additional fees?

Everything is included in the price of the package that you choose. The only additional fees are if you book a collection after hours, on a weekend or public holiday, or if you pet is over 50kg. 

How do I know it's my pets ashes?

We track your pet from the moment they come into our care. They receive a unique tracking tag on collection which is identified and rechecked throughout each stage of the process. They are then returned to you with their tracking ID and their Certificate of Cremation.
